Star Wars: KotOR II Movie/Music Patch Coming Soon

As I just posted in this news item:

"Obsidian's John Morgan has confirmed to us that the Star Wars: KotOR II patch containing higher quality in-game movies and music will be released in the near future. In fact, according to John, the patch could make it into gamers' hands as early as next week.

Keep in mind that this patch will not address any gameplay issues or bugs, but instead focus entirely on implementing the promised higher resolution movies and improved bit rate music."

heh, heh, heh, heh, no news on kotor 3 because there not done with kotor 2, still trying to fix it. I will love a game when they don't need to issue any patches: that'll be the day

I don't use it but, as far as I know, the patch makes the movie file etc. better quality than they currently are in the game.

I installed it and I can't say that I have noticed any improvement on the quality. All I have noticed are lagging problems when the movies are played, which did not happen before.


EDIT: I hadn't seen that the last post was so long ago.

The only thing that concerns me, when will Obsaiden bring kotor two's restoration to the X-Box.

Why wont Obsaiden just make some Action Replay or some Gameshark you can buy at Gamestop or Best
