Do the lightsaber form benefits properly work when using ranged wepons? Likewise for melée weapons?

I think they work only of you have a lightsaber equipped.

Yes, *lightsabre* forms have a tendency to only function with lightsabres...

Well...crap. That sucks! I had all these plans and hopes built around the forms... Oh well.
