How can i get Aaida out of the Refugee sector if i didn't kill the exchange guards?

i think you can't, its the only way. but you will get your light points back real quickly.

If you talk to the squid head about the main quest line, some you can persuade him of. Others will make him hostile. Once he is hostile, all exchange are hostile. Hence the guards will attack you and you will receive no dark side points for taking down the guards. Also, there is one door that it is hard to pick in stealth mode and atton will get caught. This will make the guards hostile too. Just stealth him again and run. Then the guards will attack you.

I followed what Ovtza did and that is by killing the guards. This site's walkthrough confirmed this as well.
