Please i seriously need help with korriban

So i went inside cave in Korriban, the one with the illusions and stuff. I beat all the challenges i think... Yet the doors wont open for me. I beat Revan, Kreia and the others, the Mandalorians, and Malak with the other jedi. Can someone tell me what im doing wrong, if im doing anything wrong?

Did kreia force contact you yet after you did everything and did you get the items. or did you try saving and reloading.

When Revan dies did you search the remains and then find the mummified Ludo Kresh for his armband and warsword.
