Need Help w/ Crashing

Is anyone else having trouble w/ crashing? I have had trouble loading KOTOR II since I unwrapped it and now I can't even load a game! All my other games work fine. It's only this one giving me trouble. The load takes forever and gets stuck about half the time forcing me to switch off the Xbox. It's only when I am loading a game or transitioning to a new area that I have this problem, but game play is choppy and the music gets stuck occasionally.

Does anyone have a clue what is up with this?

Crashing

That sucks. Fortunately I haven't had that problem. My theory, you were sold a defective copy, I would return it and tell them that you want a replacement, if they don't give you a replacement, get your money back. No one deserves to be ripped off, especially Kotor gamers

Of course, this is just my opinion, I could be wrong

Figured it out. It was my Xbox. Evidently, the first run of the Xbox had a different DVD ROM drive and it was prone to early failure. If you bought yours in the first year of production and it makes a whining noise when loading a game, it's suspect. Might be worth having it checked out. Putting a Mod chip in would solve the problem, also. But I don't think Microsoft approves and I know modded Xbox's have no access to XB Live. Anyway just thought you all might like a heads up. C Ya
