Laptop Help

I have successfully installed KOTOR and KOTOR II on my laptop, but neither game runs well-both games have an extremely choppy frame rate (even on the start-up screen) (I'd be happy if at least KOTOR II ran).

Computer Stats:

Dell Latitude D820
System: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Version 2002 (w/ Service Pack 2)
Genuine Intel(R) CPU
T2500 @ 2.00GHz
2.00GHz, 2.00 GB of RAM

Graphics Card (the problem, I believe)
NVIDIA Quadro NVS 120M
Adapter Information:
Chip Type: GeForce Go 7400
DAC Type: Integrated RAMDAC
Memory Size: 512 MB
Adapter String: GeForce Go 7400
Bios Information: Version 5.72.22.21.D2

What tweaks should I use to get either or both KOTORs working on my laptop?

Ummm... hate to say it, but both games strongly recommend against attempting to install/play on a laptop. It's not supported.

Adding the line

Disable Vertex Buffer Objects=1

to the .ini files of the games may help a bit.
