I need help

I just started the game and I dont know how to play back the voice code of the HK Droid on the Sonic Imprint Sensor so I can get through to the outside of the astroid

You have to find the recordings with his voice on it and record it. You can also just smash the console found in the fuel depot. Check the walkthrough found here.
