How Early can you get Prestige Class?

I followed the guide on this website and just finished Kotor ii today, i was just wondering how early you can get your prestige class? My 1st character was a light side jedi guardian till lvl 15 then I went to weapon master...

Probably can get it early right?

Nope. Level 15 and about 75% dark/light side before you can get promoted.

Meaning you can't go prestige if you're neutral? Now that sucks...
