| How did the Exile get the Ebon Hawk?
SPOILER
He didn't. Kreia did.
When Revan left for the Unknown Regions, he left everything behind except the Hawk and T3-M4. The latter was carrying a secret message from either Carth or Bastila that he should search for help if Revan needed it. He probably did so, bringing the ship back by himself, Revan having voice-locked its navigation computer so that no one but T3 could know where it had been.
We do not learn how the Hawk fell into Kreia's hands. The Exile had been in hiding somewhere on the Rim, but had been contacted by the Republic which had sent the Harbinger to bring him to Telos. However, on the return trip, several things happened:
-) A HK-50 assassin droid (who wanted to earn the Exchange bounty) got himself a position as protocol droid aboard the Harbinger, drugged the Exile unconscious, locked him up in a storage room and then sabotaged the ship, hoping that some other ship would come to evacuate them.
-) Instead, the Harbinger met two other vessels: first the Ebon Hawk, which had been fired upon and damaged by an encounter with Sion's ship. It was taken aboard (Kreia either staying hidden or feigning death as later on Peragus) in order to be brought to Telos. Second the abovementioned Sith ship, which they thought to be empty (the Sith Assassins all being stealthed) except for Sion, whom they took for near dead into their medical station. Sion evaded from his Kolto tank, massacred the crew together with his assassins and searched for the Exile. However, Kreia had by now found the latter where he was hidden, and HK-50, seeing his best chance to leave, helped her getting him on the Ebon Hawk. But when Kreia, HK, T3 and the still unconscious Exile fled the Harbinger, Sion fired at the Hawk again, thereby damaging it so that T3 had to repair the hyperdrive and bring it to Peragus Mining Facility, where Kreia was taken to the morgue, the Exile to the Kolto tank, T3 to the storage room and HK-50 to... other uses. |
