Glitch?/Bug? (Nar Shaddaa/Docks) [spoiler?]

Hi, first of all greetings from Mexico.

I would like to ask if somebody knows what happened to my game.
After the exile was captured by Goto, according to the Walkthrough, I was supposed to be playing with T3-M4, though what happens is that after the cut scenes of the character's captures, the one of Mira and Master Zez-Kai Ell, (I'm playing LS) and the one with Kreia and Hanharr, I appear as Atton in Docks, at Mira's room, with Mira laying in the floor and her body as Remnants which are the equipment Mira had. Also what happens before having control of Atton, is a "line" of some conversation with a woman's voice (prolly Mira) saying that you're late coz ur friend has been trapped in the tunnels.

It's strange, because the Journal didn't change at all, and I can only move to the Refugee Landing Pad, but if I try to board the Ebon Hawk, I can't, neither I can enter the Entertainment Prom. nor the Refugee Quad. What happens there is that appears a "cut scene" of Atton saying that that's not the way for going to the ship and getting out of the planet.
Also, it appeared Mira in the hall that's in front of the Ebon Hawk, but you can't interact with her, only aim her. The same happened outside the Entertainment Prom., Hanharr appears but you can't interact with him.
Another weird thing is that in the Menu of chosing the Party, in the place where Mira was(she doesn't appear anymore) it says something saying that she is very very broken.

Also I tried entering Jekk'Jekk Tarr, and once inside, I couldn't get out, it appeared a msg saying that the door was sealed magnetically. Then I head to the Private Lounge, and before entering the last green room, once again appeared the cut scene of Visquis and Hanharr at the Private Lounge, referring to Atton as the exile. Though when I entered the Tunnels, the doors where sealed, and in the Arena were Hanharr and Kreia though you couldn't interact with them neither!

I have tried loading the file (with the main character, before opening the Arena door and being trapped) several times, but I ALWAYS have the same result.

Please if somebody knows what's happening I would thank him/her very much. I'm desperate coz I don't want to start all over again, but if I have to do it I will.

That sounds like a new and exciting bug, if you have become Atton at any point other than the fight with the Twin Suns!

'd suggest reloading a save fron the very beginning of Naa Shaddaa; the planet is known to be seriously bugged, so you should always keep your first save from it. As a general principal, to overcome the many bugs, I save every 10 minutes, in a cycle of 6 slots, so I have saves from 10 mins ago, 20 mins ago...etc. up to an hour ago. I also save at the start of every planet.

Because the bugs are very unpredictable...

(I'd think you need a save file from before you triggered the Red Eclipse cut scene to get round this, based on my experience of bugs)
