Whats your favorite lightsaber color, yellow,green,violet,red,or blue.

Yay! Finally violet ceases to be some retarded sexually ambigous color (why the hell was it, in the first place?). The unbiased acceptance of the color nurtures my artistic nature - I am going to go draw Goedel as Jedi master with Violet lightsaber.

Also Silver is way cool imho - and orange is my father's favorite - don't underestimate the power of a silver lightsaber stuck up your a$$!
This game, besides the roleplaying aspect, is all about being cool and enjoying your char; hence, naturally customizaton variability is important.

I don't care if you think Viridian is "basically green", it isn't. They look different enough to me. Equip a pair of single blades some time, one of each, and compare. I love Viridian for my 1st (presently only) Exile. Tastes great; less filling. I think it looks great and seems totally appropriate for a LS Mastery Consular/Master force jockey that is equally at home with LS buffs or Battle Meditation and DS Force Storm.

You think silver "isn't that cool" but I happen to like it. I think that it looks especially nice for Handmaiden when she is in her Handmaiden Robes (LS). That happens to be my favorite NPC look overall, but I don't much care for a silver blade for the Exile. Silver is appropriate, to me, for Handmaiden because it symbolizes that virginal Echani purity that I attribute to a LS Mastery Handmaiden.

You also left out Cyan (which is NOT the same as blue), Orange (not the same as red OR yellow), and Bronze (not the same as red OR yellow OR orange). While I've never found a Cyan crystal and have never used the cheats to create one, I really like the look of the Bronze crystal. I thought it was great on Visas with Freedon Nadd's short saber in the off-hand, until I found a double-blade saber to give to Visas. Bronze, being a corrupted metallic blend of an "off-red" and an "off-yellow" seems perfectly suitable for an ex-Sith (ex-red) Sentinel (yellow), and I never saw an Orange crystal until Darth Sion dropped one on M-5 anyways.

I can't answer a poll that doesn't have either my choice or an "other" option.

Excellent rant, Grishankh, but I would have gone with violet anyway. ANd yeah, cyan is pretty damn cool. Fraknly, I can't see a lot difference between bronze and orange - may be it's some genetic defect =).

I can't really tell the difference between bronze/red

All the exotic colours are pretty nice really, and cyan sounds much better then blue

Cyan is realy nice. Silver for Handmaiden. I still haven't found viridian so I cannot tell what I think about it.

i actually never found a silver cristal for the lightsaber

but i found sum green-silver bastard.

but red double-bladed are also cool. really darth maul style.

but why the hell are all evil guys having red light sabers?

George Lucas had a stupid rule :
- blue, green, white, violet - good guys
- red__________________ - bad guys

He never mentioned anything about viridian, silver, bronze, yellow and orange.

i thought bronze and orange were too close to each other.... veridian... kinda gay... cyan was cool silver was cool... when i was double weild with two light sabers left cyan right silver the cyan saber would always stay on until i pushed y on xbox.... also with desciple i upgraded lightsaber with t3 and it made a double lightsaber the same... which was cool cuz it had some kick ass parts that i got two of for free.... one lightsaber was invisible until i gave it to another character... i would really like to find the sith lord holocron with the fighting style in it tho... if you know where it is let me know.... i have two bronze crystals a orange few red green blue yellow... silver, cyan, veridian... they all have ups and downs... and i never got the handmaiden to have a lightsaber though... desciple yes but handmaiden no... does she teach you more fighting skills... i was ds with her and she got mad at me and didn't want to talk anymore... and i wasn't even fully evil... play ls forst time so u can fully be ds the second time... but being too bad can hurt how strong you get i think... cuz i pissed kria off to... well, i pretty much made everyone my slave...

Violet is most of the time for dark jedi. U are right though like no colors r for evil ppl.

i agree, but i also like the brozne, and silver ones. just wondering are these other colors suppose to be like and upgrade. like the viridian being and upgrade of the green.

Talk to Revan, as that is the holocron that he helped retrieve in Kotor 1 on Korriban. I always kept that holocron in Kotor figured Uthar didn't need it.
