Duros merchant quest problem (possible spoilers)

I don't know if I missed something or what. I'm Light Sided Jedi Guardian. My problem is: I work for Samhan. I retrieved medicals for him, then he asks me to escort him to Docking Bay. OK. When we are there, bunch of TSF soldiers appears. How can I convince their leader that I'm working for Lt. Grenn? (I really work for him. He asked me to find source of black market. I discovered Samhan). I have 6 points in persuade skill and 14 charisma.

Well I had a really high persuade skill.So it worked easy for me.I saw that I also had problems with that.I forget what I did though.

How high charisma is needed?

I mean persuade skill, sorry.

I don't realy remember though...(depending on level)7-10.What I did was have Persuade,demolitions and treat injury for my stats.Mostly though I did my persuade all the way.

I didn't know you could get out of it from the route you took.

When Samhan gave me the task of finding the items, I just went straight to Gren and told him about it. He then gave me all the items I needed (in a handy carrying case), told me to give those to Samhan, and then said he'd meet me by the docks.

yea thats what I did too.

you should go to Green before you go with the Duros to the landing pad.

I too had to go to Grenn INSTEAD of stealing the plant sample from the Ithorians.

As soon as I stole the plant sample Grenn would only repeat his desire to capture Samhan but never take the quest further. It seems if you steal the plant sample rather than letting Grenn come up with all three items at once then you will always be faced with the confrontation in the hangar.
