Dantooine. last ditch...

can someone e-mail / AIM me some files out of their C:\Program Files\LucasArts\SWKotOR2\gameinprogress
directory? I've tried everything and it seems that something about Dantooine is no working. I went back and did a bunch of sidequest, but when I land on Dantooine to being the "end game" I still can't get off the Ebon Hawk.

there's : 601DAN.sav and 602dan.sav in my "C:\Program Files\LucasArts\SWKotOR2\gameinprogress" directory. I would risk messing things up worse at this point if someone could help me out and send me their version of these files or if there's a related file I'm missing, send that too.

Have you tried backing up your saves to somewhere like My Documents and then reinstalling? I'm not sure if people can send you those files without it being piracy, something which there is a strict rule against on GameBanshee.

Yes. I should add that I did do a reinstall.

If we both own copies and want to send pieces of software we own, would that be considered piracy? if so, or I"m violating any rules here I'm sorry, that was not a thought until you mentioned it.

if not, someone send me these damn files!!! please. =)

As I said, I haven't got a clue if its allowed or not. If both people own legit copies of the game then I don't see why it would be piracy, I'm just not entirely sure. I haven't got Kotor 2 installed at the moment but if nobody else can get you the files then let me know and I'll install it on my PC and see what I can do, providing it isn't classed as piracy and is within the site rules for me to do so (which is something I need to check).
