Cheats don't work

This is going to sound weak but I was trying to upgrade my light saber by using the cheats. For some reason I can't get them to work; the command line won't come up. Anyone have a good guess why? I put the "Enable Cheats=1" line in.

You cant see that little arrow thing, liek in kotor 1, the cheats still work jsut gota be very careful about mistakes, or try using the Kotor Save game editor
