bounty quest on telos...where are they? (spoilers)

doing the bounty quests on telos station...

where are the two criminals you're suppose to catch?

the guide says czerka office, but they're not there...a rhodian and something else...

I've found that the only way they show up in the Czerka office is if you get the bounty quest before you go into the Czerka offices for the first time.

So lemme get this straight, ive spoken to the czerka people after the mission was active and I SAW them talking to that czerka chick, 2 times I tried to stop them but the simply run out of the office. I had guessed they were in the one room I havent been able to unlock in the residential quarters,then I thought perhaps they are on the surface of telos since they are noe suppose to be security gaurds for czerka. So am I too late to get them since they now ran out the office, if not hopw do I get em. This is my second time through KOTOR and they are truly beginning to PISS ME OFF. Please give detail on how/where to get them and not a vague response like, "they are in this room and you kill em". thanks.

according to the game guide, you lie to the officer about them, and you get the quest completed and the credits...

That's what i did, but i said "i ran after them and killed them" Maybe you can actually run after them when they run away and show them who's boss.
