| | Swoop droid in my engine room!? I was playing the mission with the mysterious box, opened it, traveled to the prison, solved the riddles, went to the beach and got the parts.
When I traveled back to my ship, I found that all of my group were mysteriously in the center of the ship, and a swoop bike along with a droid was in my engine room. It told me that I could travel to all these different places, including the star forge (which I'm no where near, skills-wise).
Everything's different. What happened? Did I accidentally activate a cheat of some sort? |

| | It's called the Galaxy Droid it's a droid that will take you anywhere, as it already said. If you do certain things a certain way it will show up. If you don't want to screw up your game don't go to Taris. The Ebon Hawk is gone and you can't get off the planet. Anyway it's a little, very well known glitch-cheat. Well, it's kinda really cool actually. But you don't have to use it if you don't want to. |

| | I kept hearing about this Galaxy Droid. Is it also available on the PC version as well? That's because when I did a search, I only found the tips to activate this droid for the XBox version.

| | | Thanks That was a big help. I don't think I'll use the droid, I like to know about my cheats before I activate them usually. |

| | I don't know I originally thought this droid was supposed to be in the cockpit room. I didn't know he's in the cargo hold. |

| | | there is also a swoop droid.
the swoop droid is in the garage, and the galaxy droid is in the cockpit.
the galaxy droid lets you travle to ANY world in the game.
and the swoop droid(from what I hear) doesn`t do much of anything.

| | | Argh, that's a very annoying glitch/cheat/whatever. Especially when the damn Wookiee starts following you around, while there's another one in the main room with all the others.

if you dont know how: after levithen( or what the name of the ship is)and your 3rd planet you can get some simulation from HK-47( starfightr simulation) do this till you'll se the screen after you killed all the fightrs that it will turn back to normal from black and white( but your still in the simulation, in just a sec or two). to se if it works, just se if your party is in the map rom(the senter of ebon hawk).

| | | The swoop droid bug was one annoying bug indeed. Zaalbar will constantly follow you around, get multiplied (eventually I had 8 Zaalbars on the Ebon Hawk) and the final cutscene on the Star Forge won't be as long as it normally is. I thought the swoop droid had something to do with the planet I was on at the time, id est Kashyyyk.

| | I have a friend that I made interested in KotOR who had the Zaalbar glitch happen to him. There were three, overall. One where he usually is, one which replaces T3-M4 and one just following him around everywhere, even on the ship. He didn't say if he was in his party or not, but that would still be funny. I laughed at the thought of that. I also had the Zaalbar glitch happen to me, but he only replaced T3-M4, instead of having additional wookies following me or running around the ship.

| | | Galaxy Droid Yes another handy little glitch that i have encountered. I do think that anyone on the PC version should be able to use it, by using HK-47's training simulation after you have completed the third planet and left the leviathon.

| | | This seems to be more of a glitch than a cheat.
In my opinion, it actually sucks when this happens to you. It has happened to me a few times when I was flying between planets toward the end of the game. It seems to usually happen if I get attacked by fighters as I leave one planet to get to another. I always would just reset my game and do it over again.
I don't really see any advantage to this glitch. One time I tried to use the galaxy droid to go to the Star Forge and my game froze. I also don't like the idea of trading in T3-M4 for an extra Zaalbar. Plus you don't have an on-screen map. I have never left the ship to look around, though, and I haven't really explored what you can do with this glitch. Maybe it is usefull afterall. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
