I downloaded the Taris part of the movie (and I can confirm it is legitimate) and it ran 52 mins, alot less then your claimed 2h (it would probably be even less when using the ingame timer, not the video timer).

Alcina didn't "claim" anything. She (or he) used the word "probably" at one point, and stated a position as a belief, or opinion. So watch how you read, and react.

This sounds like the 'how to complete morrowind in 7 mins' or whatever the thread was...

I've now managed to complete it in 7h52m. Not sure I can get it much fatser though, unless I can tackle the framerate issues my computer has on Dantooine

I managed to get 7hr 41min, by just runing away from the enemies and going to the next objective, it`s fun.

There was a film, where some guy makes it through the game in less than four hours - it is available to download on some speedruns site, but I can't recall the name of it...

I just finished today in 6h57m. It usually takes me around 18 hours if I do all the side quests. One trick is to run past as many of the fights as you can (I did the Star Forge location by myself so my companions wouldn't slow me down).

That was with a soldier/guardian, light side.

I will never understand why rushing thru a game is considered an 'accomplishment'. I'd much rather take my time and enjoy the experience rather than do it the quick way.

Can't agree more. It's not like we're in a competition or something. If it's a multiplayer game, I understand but since this is a single-player game, I see no point in rushing through the game. I'd rather play at my own pace than to rush it, in my opinion.

Still, this is what the thread-starter wanted to measure. As it's about the game, and not arguing with anybody, let's allow the topic to stand, and those to post here who will.

So let's get the topic back on track. No other posts either arguing against this approach, or defending it. Thanks.

Force Storm

I suppose one way to help speed up the game would be to zap everyone with electricity. This would be handy in big fights with lots of enemies.

I think the fastest time i ever did was around 9 hours. This doesnt include the Level 20 Endar Spire glitch/cheat (whatever) but it will be interesting to see how fast it can be done if i do this again.
