I was just thinking but i dont no if this has been mentioned but n e way spoiler following:
Wen revan and malak are walking in to the star forge room on dantooinie i take it htey are still both slightly on the gd side but then y would revan be wearing a mask on the light side because no other jedi tht i have heard of apart from 1 wears a mask and y is he wearing armour and not proper robes?

From what I can tell, Revan's quest to search for the Star Forge seem to have happened after the Mandalorian Wars as during the war, I doubt that the search for the Star Forge was on his mind at that time.

What is that Jedi that wears a mask? 
He had just found out about the Star Forge when he was in there.Of course it happens after the Mandalorian Wars. Other wise he would have used the Star Forge to win the war very quickly.

the reson why i think revans robe is for DS is: after he fell to the DS he's robe wher linkd to his darkness...

| I didn't notice he was wearing armor. He probably didn't have his robes at that time. |

The element of surprise is to find out that Revan was actually you. Gave me a shock when he unmasks himself near the end and saw my character's face there (I played LS male, by the way). If he/she appeared unmasked, that would take away the element of surpise and defeats the purpose of knowing about Revan's identity.
