Problem with Killing a guy on Dantooine

I got a mission to kill 3 guys, on 3 different planets (got it in Manaan). Probelm is that when I leave Manaan and go to Dantooine, I get captured by the Leviathan. After that I can't get to the planet anymore. Any way around this?

No. Dantooine is not accessable after completing the Leviathan.

Yeah, I think that, if you really want to get all of the Genoharadan bounties (though you don't have to do all of them in order to trigger the ending of the quest, probably for the exact reason you've encountered) you'd need to go back to Dantooine before triggering the Leviathan by getting the Manaan star map. I know it'll take some back-tracking, and it may or may not be worth it, but if you have a save from before the star map, then you could use that.

You don't actually have to go to Dantooine to complete the quests, right? That is an optional quest- complete one of two- and then recieve other quests...

Yes, you have the option to kill one of two people to go on to the next "stage" of assassinations.
So if the Jedi temple Dantooine has already been destroyed (when you're captured by the Leviathan, the evil admiral tells you he just attacked Dantooine), then you can always opt to assassinate the other guy instead.
