Problem on Taris Level w/ Gadon (possible SPOILER perhaps)

I am not able to talk to Gadon. I have checked every FAQ/Walkthrough/Guide etc. and have done exactly what I needed to do. ie, gained entrance to lower city, etc. I can get into the Hidden Beks base, but when I go in, there are no Hidden Beks around, and Gadon is down the elevator in his quarters with Zaedera and no matter what dialogue option I choose, she always attacks. I have even been able to kill both of them, but the security papers aren't on them. I tried everything possible, including finishing all side quests available at the time, but I think it might be a glitch in the game. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, since this game appears to be awesome, and I want to start actually getting into it. Thanks a lot.

weird did you even go to the black vultures base first?

No, I wasn't even able to get the security papers. I walked into the room and no one was around. In all the FAQs it says "Talk to Gadon behind the desk" and he wasn't there.

Well thats supposed to be a darkside quest after you talk to him, go to the black vulture base, and then betray him and kill him. do you play Pc? if so it might be a corrupted Datafile, fable might be able to give you more help than me.

Yeah, I play PC. After the initial 10+ hours trying to figure out the problem, that's the only thing that I think could possibly explain it. I've tried re-installing, but that didn't work. I suppose I'll wait to see what fable said. Maybe I can take it back and exchange it for a different one. But now I'm addicted, so I'm not sure I can last that long without playing it lol.

Try starting a new game. You're not too far in, just blitz through the Endar Spire, jog back down to the lower city and check Gadon's office. You could do it in twenty minutes or so if you're quick.

Solution at last! It must have been a glitch in the game, but I was able to resolve it. I fought the three Sith soldiers in order to get the armor off them as opposed to going to the cantina and hitting on that Sith chick. I don't think it should matter, but I suppose it did for some reason. Anyways, after doing it that way, I went into the Hidden Bek's base and everyone was there, including Gadon sitting behind the desk as he should be. Thanks for you consideration guys. I have now vowed not to attend class or go to sleep until at least Monday lol. Well, maybe I'll go to class. And, let me just say that this game kicks some serious posterior!
