| | I did a quick search online for ya steve and like hill said some laws regarding such things come close to applying, but don't. As a whole it's almost impossible to regulate material online but if you're real worried about it then play it safe and don't dl it. I'm willing to bet my left arm and leg (i'm right handed) that there's nothing wrong with it. It's just a skin; not porn and even that's not illegal. Don't go selling the mod  ; that'd be illegal obviously, but there's nothing illegal about just downloading it, have no fear. |

my exact age.... he said that it doesnt qualify as porn, and that even porn is not technically illegal.... so right now im sort of in the opinion that its ok... but im gonna email a few more people(including a freind who is a law student) to get there opinion....

I found no actual laws, as modding has not come up in any cases that really required recognition. Some were really close.

| | | Don't cheapen KoToR like that, Stuff like this is breaking no laws but it is breaking THE JEDI CODE: ANy ways I don't like Nude Mods unless other characters in game recognize you are nude. Like in morrowind (even though its not a mod) take off your clothes and the NPCs sense it.

| | | I have the mod. Actually there was another nude mod posted in a tweak download on pcgamemods when that site still was up. I have it too. I heard there are other chick characters with similar mods. Infact I have the mira open top skin from pcgamemods when that was up too.
The creator of the mod in topic I did pm one time about it asking him if he made more mods like this. He just said he's gotten tired of people asking him about it. Here's the thing though. By putting something like that out you should be adult enough and responsible enough to realize the consequences/repercusions of putting that kind of download out.
So yeah I agree it's not illegal. Heck all they can do is ban you or bad mother you. Not much of a threat since it's easy to get your ip address changes or use tor or things like that too. However, you need to realize also if too many people get the download lucasarts might do what the company that made the tomb raider game did. You could for a time get the tomb raider chick nude. Now you can't. Also things like this could cause the rating of a game like this to change.
