May contain spoilers- Weird computer options

I'm playing through the game for my probably fifth time now and I have been wondering if anyone has done these computer commands: when on manaan in the republic embassy, if you go to the room with the big computer that you use to get a sith passcard, there are other options on it like open submarine bay doors and something else that costs 125 spikes (something to do with the power i think). And on the Leviathan, after you fight Saul on the Bridge there is a computer there that has an option to change the ships destination for a lot of spikes as well. I was wondering if anyone has ever done any of these commands or other ones like them, what computer slicing level they are at, and how it affected the game. I'd especially like to know about the Leviathan one!
Thanks!

these options are merely for looks and it does not matter how high your computer use skill is, or how many spikes you have. it will usually just give you a message saying your spikes are rejected. it is not possible to actually DO anything with these commands.

I suspect the commands were put it originally because at some point the game had more missions. As in Bioware's BG2, some evidence remains behind of what used to be there, but was never finished.
