Making credits [Xbox]

Hello everyone!

I just bought the game yesterday and I arrived to Dantooine this morning, however, though I know I'm just in the very beginning of the game I still feel like I'm having a very hard time making money (I'm also going the Light Path).
So I tried to find any good tips and the only one I could find being worthwhile would be the dupe on Manaan, with the 'Airlock'.
Now I'm wondering; is that far away from where I am in the game?
And is it near the ending of it??
Because it would suck a whole lot to go thru theg ame with lousy armors and equipment and then just in the end get the feeling to be rich and have it all...

Oh and also;

1. Do you know of another _good_ way on the Xbox to make credits? I'm on Dantooine, just arrived there.

2. Can you dupe with the 'airlock' and then go sell the items, go back and dupe more??

Don't remember any dupe on Manaan, but I haven't played for a month so anyways the way you get money is Swoop Racing that'll bring in the bucks go to the strategy guides and go to swoop racing if you want some strats on how to win everytime. Also if you complete quests your bound to get money or something even if you refuse a lot of the people won't take no for an answer.

I could also add this: I tried the "milking your mates" method on Ebon Hawk but it doesn't work.
First I got 11 spikes to sell, then when I returned I got 3 and now I get NONE, eventhough I have none.
I also sold all my grenades and now I can't get anymore of those either, nor can I get anything from T3-M4...
I can get stims though, but only a few, not 11...

Why is it like this? :-((

EDIT: Done some more testing now... Mission Vao only gives me 11 spikes TOTAL, no matter if I sell them or whatnot...

Anyone on Xbox who experienced this too? Maybe it just works on the PC version? :-/

Milking NPCs. This is the way it works in the PC with the 1.03 patch.

After Taris, you can milk 11 items of each (as long as you put all similar items in one of the containers in the storage room) from Zaalbar (ion/adhesive/concussion grenades), Mission (security spike tunnelers), Canderous (regular stims), and T3 (computer spikes). Thereafter, after EACH star map you find, you can milk 20 of each item from their respective NPCs. Hope that clears up your question.

Well, I have KotOR on X-box as well. Even though I usually wouldn't milk the NPC's I would usually get stims a lot and occasionally go and get spikes and grenades, but it would always work I would always get some from them until I reached the limit and even after I sold them I would still get more. I don't know why yours wouldn't do this. And what kind of spikes are you talking about? computer or security?

No worry folks, got the dupe to work instead, got a couple of hundred thousand creds now!
