Level 20 by end of Endar Spire (xbox)

This method can give you enough experience to be level 20 before you leave the Endar Spire.
The method requires lots of patience, however.
When you come to the last door between you and Carth you will notice after the conversation you gain 250 exp.
As soon as you open the door, immediatley hit start, save and then load what you have just saved and the door will remain closed, but you will still talk to Carth, and gain the 250 exp to boot.
Now you have to repeat this process to the level desired, although the patience element kicks in as it takes about 700 times to do it, if you want 190000 xp (level 20).
This method is best if you are a consular, light or dark, as you can hold the levels so that you are level 2 ____ and level 18 jedi consular, meaning that when you become a jedi you will have lots of force points and around a selection of 23 force powers.
I apologise if this has been posted before i just thought it might help people who are on the xbox and cannot do all the cheats for the PC version.
I hope this helps.

Thank you for the information, Darth Ruin. As far as I know, I don't think this information was ever posted here before. This will be one good way to avoid the 'Cheat Used' screen on the save game (I don't like to cheat in games, by the way).

Um.. what's there to experiment about 700 repeated action? I had no idea Xboxes could be turned into Skinner boxes.

Make that a game exploit. When you type in codes to get something (i.e. Invincibility or others), then that's cheating, in my opinion. The only game exploit I ever used was the buy/sell trick in Fable: The Lost Chapters.

I'm just being curious here and don't mean this offensively at all, but why would you want to be level 20 before you leave the Endar Spire? As it was, without holding levels or cheating at all, I was level 20 long before the end of the game and to be honest I really don't understand why you would want to make it so you level up so fast. Part of the fun of the games for me is slowly building up the character a bit at a time, and the game is so easy anyway that being level 18 jedi would just make it tedious from my point of view.

Once again. I said that this is something that i found out, not something that i have used many times. I have only used it once to see the effects it brought.

And, i myself, like you, also found it tedious.

Yet perhaps someone will enjoy it. Or maybe not.

Not playing the game would serve that purpose just fine. Seriously, where is the fun without a little challenge? I suppose one must be from the IDDQD generation to have discovered such existential truths.

Nah im not a fan of Doom myself...and i have never really experimented with the 'God Code'.

Seriously if you guys have nothing better to do than question my motives then you must lead pretty sad lives.

At least im trying to help people out.

Is this how you treat all new members?

I'm not trying to question your motives, I am just genuinely interested in the things other people enjoy about games. I personally would not enjoy playing at the max level from the start so I'm just interested to understand why other people do. Its not a personal attack on you or how you choose to play as everyone is entitled to play the game however they choose. Your initial post is great and I'm pretty sure lots of people will find it helpful I'm just being curious about what people enjoy about being such a high level the entire game and just generally being nosey

What happens if you take all the levels on the endar spire? I'm sure you'd destroy everyone in the first part of the game, but then later, when you're automatically given the Jedi level... what happens? Have you tried? Will it break the game?
