Guardian question

Does the power attack feat enhance the force jump? It's kinda the same thing.

They are unrelated.

Force Jumps alows you to jump to an opponent over a great distance if attacking with a normal (non-feat attack).
Powerattack adds to the damage (+5) and decreases the chance to hit (-3).
