Fought Juhani, convinced her to go light, but she didn't join me?

I fought Juhani and made her come back to the light side and the Jedi Counsil. Now she stands in the small yard outside the council. When can/will she join me? I tried to get her in my party, but she just says something about not knowing what the Jedi Counsil has installed for her...

I could really do with a hint or two?

SPOILER Just play on. She will join up with you once you are ready to leave the planet, i.e. after completing all the quests there.
