I'm playing through on X-box trying to get every DS point possible. I can't get DS points on Taris confronting the Sith interrogation squad in the nothern appartments(to get the sith uniform) or when T3-H8 blows up and you talk to Janice Nall. I don't get the threaten option. Just, [Persuade] I think you should give me something extra for all the trouble.
What am I doing wrong? (My persuade skill is 10)

I think your Persuade skill is to low. Mine's usually around 17 or 18 by that point.

If you are really desperate to get dark side points, there is a point in the game where you can have the same conversation with a person over and over again and keep getting dark side points until you're maxed out. Just go to this link and scroll down to the stowaway part.

You need to standby and watch I believe and comment about "enjoying the show" or something similar. Not helping not because you want to avoid trouble, but because you enjoy other's suffering should earn you SD points.

Your Persuade skill is likely too high. Persuade is the right option. You get the option to persuade her to give you extra credits through treats if you fail your first Persuade check. Threatening her would earn you DS points.
