Conditioning-How does it work?

I've been checking into this particular feat because after using a Sentinel I've become keenly aware of the advantages of good save throws. Since I'm using a Guardian now I've got a weak Reflex & Will. To compensate I invested in two levels of Conditioning, but I'm not sure if my save throws are any better.

Is the bonus something that only applies only when you choose the feat, or everytime you level up?

And if its the latter then, w/ say Master Conditioning, do all your save throws get a +3 boost as you progress?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanx in advance all.

the bonus given by each level of the feat is a one time bonus and is not cumulative with the earlier level of the feat. so if you take master conditioning, all of your saves from then on in the game will be increased by +3 compared to what they would be if you didn't take any conditioning feats.

edit: if you want to increase reflex and will, there are some pretty handy items. also, there are belts and gloves that increase all saving throws by +2 or +4 etc. and loads of headgear that increases will saves.
