Can't get back to Eban Hawke on Manaan

I'm not sure what I've done wrong but I'm struggling to get back to the Eban Hawke. I left the docking bay by breaking into the private hanger and going to the Sith Base. I've completed all the tasks I want to do (and got the Star Map) but somehow it won't let me get back to the docking bay.

The exit north in West Central is locked and the door that I came in through at the Sith Base is also locked.

Any ideas?

I think he's on the wrong side of the door, actually - so he can't get to the dude to pay him. My only thought is if he can somehow get to a point where he can transport back to the Hawk. What areas do you have open to you, just the base? If so, I think you've broken the game...
