Bastila... *Possible Spoilers*

So I ran through the whole romance thing even got her to say "I love you" on the starforge but the ending was the same as before. Now I did choose the "I want to talk about what just happened" option but that was like halfway through the game. Is their any workaround for this? Or a possible way to see the ending I should have?

BTW this is on the PC version.

As far as I've heard, the conversation on the Star Forge where you declare your love for each other is the last piece in the romance, which seems like a good enough ending to me (though more is always good too).
Has anyone else heard differently? Is there really some sort of added cut scene at the end or something? What else is there to do?
