Thanks for all the good suggestions (I've decided not to copy them over to the plaster, though, as some of them will clearly give me more broken bones and maybe even a silver bullet or two ). As for the regeneration, one would presume a week and a half to be more than enough. However, for some reason the normal regeneration simply refuses to kick in and I'll have to keep the bloody (let's just say I had a good weekend at least... ) plaster for another two and a half week! The other vampires just won't stop laughing and I tell you that they took a cruel delight in offering me that wheelchair last night... On top of that, the extremely snobby Clinique Vampiric de Londre has outrageously suggested that it might be my "hurt pride" that prevents all form of regeneration. And I who have always taken such pride in not having any...
