This is the most subtle part of that website:
"Canadian Flag Clip Art Gallery is finally back up and running. Although I must warn you I have not achieved full legal compliance with Canadian government laws on the use of our national symbols so please use this site at your own risk."
Clearly, this is only an attempt to furnish a casus belli for Canadian invasion. Obviously, they need some reason to explain a massive foray across our border, besides a desire to get better beer. I wouldn't be at all surprised if they offer "website infringement and deliberate misues of national symbols" to the UN even as their tanks roll through our urban streets, treading under track the grand tradition of truth, bravery, and high entertainment value that has made our culture the greatest ever known to humankind.
