I think I got it.
- the Serbs are trying to get in to the good graces of the EU so they might join one day.
- ergo, they have to get rid of some of their instruments of oppression still left from Milosevic' time, such as secret service interrogators,
- and thus they came up with this cunning ploy for recycling these people and their tools of the trade!

I'm doubting that one Phreddie, yet, given my past experiences, whats fun to one person may not be fun to another. Something was brought up last night that made me cringe by someone close to me.
