Webhosting advice requested

I've no idea if any of you are even slightly versed in these things but you never know! I could use some advice as to where to go for this. I just want a small website of my own. Most of all I need the storage space to dump music, pictures, savegames, patches, work and the such on.

Hope you can give me some pointers

The concrete stuff:a
-No premade blog, CMS desired
-.com domain with the name of my choosing
-No advertisements
-I desire no emailadress, etc
-MYSQL/PHP compatibility is a minor plus, no intention to use just now

The vague stuff:
-Decent speed/bandwith
-Excellent storage capacity
-Relatively cheap

Dreamhost offers 200GB of space and 2TB of bandwidth for something like 25 bucks a year if you get your hands on one of their promo codes. Google yielded this site displaying codes, though I'm sure you can find more if you spend a bit of time googling. I think they satisfy the rest of your requirements too, though you'll have to double-check that.

I've heard some bad things about their reliability, though as far as I know that shouldn't be a bother unless you're using it for purposes which would normally require your own server anyway - i.e. highly CPU intensive sites for which availability of upwards of 99.8% is required. You can also earn a boatload of cash if you refer other people to sign up - if I remember correctly it was something like 20-30 bucks per referral.
