After several nominations, it's time to vote for Speak Your Mind's next moderator. If anyone listed in this poll would rather not be a moderator of SYM, let me know and I'll take you off the list. Good luck to everyone listed!

Good luck Xan. Would it be considered intelligence, in this case, to not vote for myself | | |

Very, very difficult to vote. I took a look at the nominees, then tried to imagine who would be good at the job. IMO all of them qualified.
After many hours of soulsearching, I fell into a restless slumber. After a while, I heard the serene (and somewhat annoying) singing of angels. Or eunuchs, I'm not really sure.
I opened my eyes, and there was Dragon Wench, blindfolded, holding a keyboard in one hand and an ancient copy of 'Lo and behold, it's the GB forum rules' in the other. All kinds of smilies where dancing around her fair head. She kept saying 'Forsooth! Forsooth!' for no apparent reason.
Then I woke up, finding myself in a state of, uh, aweness. The eunuchsinging was still ringing in my head. I stumbled to my PC, for I knew I would not find rest until I voted for DW.
DW's head appeared on my monitor. I screamed in a manly, yet somewhat high-pitched way. 'Do you really wanna vote for the Dragon Wench? y/n' it said on my screen in Quake like letters.
My trembling index finger hit the 'y' button.
'Very good,' DW whispered in a low, Angelica Houston-like voice. 'Now sleep... I will contact you when I have further need of you...'
So... how did the rest of you come to a decision?

Thank you for the nominations, whoever you may be, I do appreciate it Unfortunately I am unable to commit at this time, so if a mod could kindly take me off the poll I would appreciate it. Thanks again! and good luck to the willing nominees!

Can someone explain the ranks to me? I mean... You're a Twisted Sister, does that mean you're elegible to become a Moderator?

ROFLMAO!!!
That is just a title chosen by a group of particularly warped women, myself included, on this board

I'm sure your statement carries some truth in it. I've always held the strong belief that it's only those of twisted nature that become Buck Satan's servants

Did buck have something to do with them? I certainly don't know how to make member status' myself. Is buck the charlie to you angels?
...but I'm sure I'm not going to get my answer. For the information is classified.

On a serious note, once you subscribe to gamebanshee for a monthly fee, you'll see the site without ads and will be able to change your custom title. However, as I understand it, the subsciption feature is going away soon due to not bringing enough revenue.

The post Buck made is easily found in the general discussion forum.
