Me, while I'd hope for Frank Welker (who voiced Megatron on the original cartoon series) or David Kaye (who voiced Megatron in ALMOST EVERY Transformers series since Beast Wars), I've at least heard Weaving in the Lord of the Rings movies. I have a feeling he may be a decent choice anyways.
How much Weaving can be officially confirmed, I don't know.
Peter Cullen is still set to portray Optimus Prime, but no notes or confirmations have been made for the rest of the voice cast for the actual robots. The movie is said on Wikipedia to be in post-production.
