I'd like to preface this by requesting that everyone keeps spam to a minimum. I'm not looking for serious replies, but I don't want to see a backward-and-forward MSN-like conversation spanning through pages and pages of my thread. You have enough threads to do this in, don't do it in this one please.
I'll be using this thread to post news stories that aren't really newsworthy but will likely ruin your day or at the very least upset you for a while. Sort of a catalogue of misery, if you will. I'm doing this to keep everyone miserable Man Beats Ducklings to Death
Police are looking for several people who they say beat a group of ducklings to death in South Florida.
Cerena DeFalco says she saw a young man take a stick and brutally beat a number of ducklings to death, for no apparent reason.
This happened just over the Palm Beach County line, off Powerline Road in Deerfield Beach.
Police are looking at some surveillance tape from a nearby bank. If they catch the men, they'll be charged with animal cruelty.
For illustrative purposes I've attached a picture of two cute ducklings

That is very close to where I live.
I haven't heard anything about this, but then ever since college let out for summer, I've kinda cloistered myself in my apartment and rarely come out.

I ride past a few groups of ducks, and now, ducklings on my way to work when I go past the man-made pond in town. That's just horrible. Which, has inspired me to make a new thread before I dissapear to ride past that spot to see my brother today. Thanks.

Anyway, I should point out that we're violating Vicsun's request to keep the spam to a minimum, and not turn this into what he said was just an MSN conversation.

Some article about a seemingly random stabbing in the back, performed by a younger woman.
I thought it was pretty funny that the image next to it was a female assassin from a Guildwars Advertisement.

*shakes finger at Ik* I may be drunk, but you're violating a board rule by posting something that us ignorant, English only members cannot read. Hence, your article is gibberish I can giggle at before I go make another drink. However, I'll take your word for it, and giggle at the assassin picture next to the article.

Here's a new one in case any of you was getting happy or had your faith in humanity restored or something Baby burnt when put in clothes dryer
A 13-month-old Perth girl suffered serious burns when she was put in a clothes dryer, police say.
The baby was left with the boyfriend of her mother at suburban Warwick when the woman went to the gym for about an hour last Thursday, police said.
The baby spilt liquid on herself and the man put her in the clothes dryer and turned it on.
The girl suffered serious burns to her feet and hands and bruising to the face, arms and back.
"We received information from Princess Margaret Hospital's child protection unit, which said the injuries were suspicious and highly unusual," a police spokesman said.
A 21-year-old man from suburban Beldon is expected to appear in Perth Magistrates' Court, charged with causing bodily harm or danger.
For clarity's sake, I've attached a picture of a baby and a picture of a clothes dryer.

Beatings in the head and groin, shock therapy for a few months and then, in the end, lobotomy, just after he realizes what he did.
