It must have been a strange and scary sight for those born in the 1930s or earlier, the swastika flag of the Third Reich in the wind above the Norwegian Parliament building for the first time in 63 years.
http://gfx.dagbladet.no/pub/artikkel...1208261185.jpg The making of a movie about one of Norway's key resistance fighters during the occupation, saw hundreds of Wehrmacht and SS troops parading on Oslo's main street, which had been complete re-created as it was 63 years ago. As I walked up the street this afternoon I was completely awestruck. Buildings and stores that were torn down during my childhood in the 70s were suddenly there again, and together with the old vehicles and horse-drawn carriages, it was completely surreal.
