Now, after few months, I have tried to start eating breakfast again, and noticed that it's almost impossible! I may decide just before I go to sleep that next morning I will wake up for breakfast, and set the alarm accordingly. But when the morning comes, I just shut the alarm and reset it 30-50 minutes later...

DW you have some grape-esk post girl.
Anyway I eat normally. Cardboard, ink and laminates all included.
I have practiced varences in vegitarian diets, some includeing dairy some with white meats. I was kind of Muscular after college, but later it turned to flab. This along with smoking and no exercise caused my heart to have a few murmers. So with a good guidence from labitory 'medial ratt research' specialist, I lost like 15 -20 pounds. This is about in less time than the last three years. I am fairly well built now, not big or really small, I think goldy locks would love to Hit on this action.


I watch my diet intake for the most part and usally eat one good meal a day. Though I know several small ones are better.
