I have also bad habbit to skip breakfasts too, but for the different reason.
When I moved to ship about half an year ago, I was presented the possibility to skip breakfast for gaining 30-50 minutes more sleep. It was so easy, just told it to those who made the breakfast that I won't come.
Now, after few months, I have tried to start eating breakfast again, and noticed that it's almost impossible! I may decide just before I go to sleep that next morning I will wake up for breakfast, and set the alarm accordingly. But when the morning comes, I just shut the alarm and reset it 30-50 minutes later...
