LOL! I dont want to imagine how you suffer. I am pretty used to people being computer illeterate. But atleast the ones i help out have half or 3/4s of a brain. You i bet have to deal with the absolute idiots who say i cant find my document folder, after i placed it in the trash.....such idiots.

@Fas: Yep; it's a classic . I usually deal with 2 groups of people: first, the group you just described, who basically call with a question like for example "my screen is black", to which I ask "is the power on?" - yes - "is the screen on?" - no . And then, there's the second group, which is basically a lot smarter and asks for things the programme just can't do ** takes a drink from his Duff ** Usually, conversations with the latter group end in "contact Microsoft directly"  .

Oh all the ladies love me...they keep trying to get me to shut up in class or stop me from passing notes. But when i sit next to them all we do is talk and well things you know much about Mar.
