The dark mountainous island jutted out of the ocean abruptly. Its snall size seemed only to increae the sheer terror of the jagged mountains. Within this evil hold lay the laboratories of the mad scientist, Dr Grunt.

By day the island lay dormant. By dark, the primal screams of a thousand hideous experiments tore the night sky. Unspeakable imaginations ran wild. The creeping red nightmare consumed all who dare venture forth.

Dr Grunt. The creator of vile monstrosities. He imposed his will on the very genes of his machinations. Altering their bio-chemistry at a whim. Failing that, surgery with vicious devices and no anaesthetic over many, bloody, hours made the required alterations. The pathetic animals were yet still violently ferocious for all their mollecular mutations.

Take, for example, the Waverlarse. A sub-human creature with an @$$ grafted to its forehead. Able to spew and endless chain of sh*t from all its orrifices. Hideous indeed, a honking noise sufficed for what one might call "intelligent" communication. The grafting had taken its toll, the replacement of the lower bowel with a plastic bag had the uncanny side-effect of whoosing air up the creature's shrivelled scrotum. This made the Waverlarse uncannily horny - humping any lenghty article (be it furniture or mammal) in sight. The spouting faeces, of course, made this a truly disgusting sight.

Next, The Foulbeast. A human so hideously deformed that it was barely recongised. In an attempt to remove the @$$hole gene, our emminent scientist had experimented for hours - causing endless pain to the thing. Finally removing the animals' spine, the Foulbeast was able to slither and crawl into any situation. Having failed to remove the @$$hole gene (and thus exacerbating it), Dr Grunt had inadvertantly created tremendous mood swings in the beast, ranging from homoerotic affection to blinding aggression.

Dr Grunt marvelled at his sick and twisted inventions, threw some more rocks at them through the inescapable cages (with electrocovulsive shock equipment installed - besides the creatures were too stupid to escape, or get past Dr Grunt's well-armed and lethally loyal marine guards), sat back and ate a Big Mac, washing it down with a Sprite.

Hee hee. I think we're even now.

Although..... maybe I'll charge the generator up and spark some electrodes.

EDIT - Karembeu - you're hired pending references. I hope you've a PhD in mental torture. If not you can attend the Gruntboy shcool of Cruelty.

First test will be on my two favourite machines. Can you operate the Anuscisor and the Testeamplicator agaisnt the waverlarse?

@Dr Grunt: I'll give it a try....it's not exactly as if I can make matters worse......

This is amazing....I've never seen such resistance against the "Anuscisor".....Level 9 and still only minor yelps from Waverlarse.....I'll crank it up to Level 15 and see what happens......

Ah but Flagg, Waves is a medical doctor. I am a crazy, erm, scientific doc.

Karembeu- holy cow! Watch out or we'll have a rectal release of catastrphic proportions - my young apprentice you don't know how much poop-power the waverlarse holds

But keep up the pain-inflicting good work. Its the only way science can advance.

Bring it on Foulbeast. You're next for the Anuscisor (although I fear that you have a colon of steel )

My ratings are fine thanks, in fact they've gone up. Oh, you and Waverlarse are still on a number less than 5
