The Hideout?

I'm not sure if this is the proper forum for this, but I'll give it a shot.
I have been a serious gamer, both PnP and CG, for many years but have never had the chance to go to the mecca of all things game: GenCon. I have heard a few stories about this place that some friends of mine have been while at GenCon called (I think) The Hideout. It may be Hideaway or something similar, or maybe something completely different. It's in Milwaukee where GenCon used to be. From what I remember of the hushed rumors and stories it is basically a room with a desk that you go in. Then the attendant makes you roleplay some certain role with costumes and what not. If your performance is satisfactory you are led in through a secret door to a haven of Gamerdom. I'm wondering if anyone has any info about this place, as I am trying desparately to find it. I have searched and can't find anything short of a club called the Hidout Chicago that doesn't seem to be related. If anyone has any info about this or has even heard the rumors please reply.. Help me gamers of GB, you're my only hope.

I really want to go, but can't even find out if it still exists..
I'm not really sure about the name though.. It coud be hideout, hideaway.. or any other such thing.. I really got to talk to some friends of mine back in Iowa about it, they have been.
