I have been (and still am) considering closing BS Tavern, please give me reasons not to, i think we should hold a court of sorts, so members who want it open appoint your defence, members who don't want it open appoint your prosecution.
Also we need some unbiased members for the jury. Any ideas, if this doesn't work i will probably close it anyway ( http://www.freakygamers.com/smilies/.../diablotin.gif) so get to it  UPDATE:

Well Sleep. normally I try to avoid jury duty, but in this case I would be glad to sit. 
Remember, we at the tavern do give shelter to several animals, and it would be a shame to have to see them out on the streets.
It appears as if it is time for McBane to earn his keep.

I am totally 100% unbiased....for example, I have absolutly no preference between blonds and brunettes. 
I can give more examples if need be. Right niow I am off to call my lawyer.

Your honor, I would like to request an extension of the trial in order to better prepare our defense. I am prepared to call many witness for the defense, and it will take time to diseminate all the pertinent information this esteemed court requires.
Shall we commence the trial in say.....6 months.

Wow!!! This great publicity for the tavern. All we need now is for U2 to perform at the internationally broadcasted "Save BS Tavern" concert show. We can feature Bono singing "Drowning Man" in a vat of guiness. BS, Who's our marketing guy?
Can we at least postpone the trial long enough for me to distill enough shine to get us through this ordeal.
McBane, do we have any motions that will help delay the process.
What would be an unbiased jury since all SYM'ers who visit the tavern have a good time. Note: Most SYM'ers have visited the tavern. Are you going to recruit a jury of members who only post in the gaming threads. They might not like being spammed with this, especially since you are pulling them for jury duty.
I'd be happy to work on behalf of the defense or be a heckler from the peanut gallery.
Either way, party tonight at the tavern. Free drinks for the dark flames and any who want to sign the petition. Do we have a petition? So many questions.
