Teaching Computer Interns

OK QUICK! I need assisstance in what I should use for cirriculum and how long I should talk about X etc. Basically the run down is I am teaching 6 to 7 fourteen year old kids, freshman. Interns in a Highschool project. My area is computer hardware/software little bit of networking stuff. I've got a two hours to teach (in two hours... 10 am pacific).

Im looking for worksheets, humorous hopefully, or well anything. I've done take this computer apart, put it back together. I've done heres how you install an OS. I've done little networking stuff...

I need filler!!!

Scare them away by teaching the OSI model

Otherwise - use your network knowlegde and teach them about the cables and such stuff. Possible if the ressources are there, get them to make their own twisted pair cross over cables.

Also - the basics of computers construction and how it works, for instance processers and so on.

Many subjects to take on.
As for links ... well - I haven't got any (anymore), but I suspect it would be easy to find by using google or alltheweb.

search i've got an hour! Good idea with the cable.. I will do that. Show them more of the hardware/wire stuff... i;ve already gone over the pc guts and why/how they work

OSI reference model

Another representation of the OSI reference model

Only use thoes links for the purpose of scaring them and possible time-filler.
OSI is boring as hell - but important for the concept/understanding of networking.
