A Wish Away
I open my eyes, but I still can't see the sun rise. I talk, but nobody hears. Today I see reason for all my fears. In my life i've never had a wish granted. It seems my destiny is just twisted and slanted. Everybody in my life has already gone and said goodbye. I just want a reason, I just want to know why. I see the sun dark, and the moon bright. It seems nothing in my life will ever go right. Today could be my last, a thousand have already past. The end of my life is just a wish away. Maybe another hour, maybe another day. Today I let go. Where I fall I just don't know.

My Dreams
In our dreams everything is different, everything is better.I don't want to wake up I want to dream forever. In my dreams everything is perfect it will never end. I wish it was the same as when it first bagan. Things are begining to rearange. In my dreams things will never change. Everything changed so fast. I want to dream about the way things were in the past. Today I awoke with dissapointment becouse my dreams wasn't real. Everything is wrong still.I wish I got the happiness from my life that I do from my dreams. Everything cuts, everything bleeds. I want my dreams to come true. I'll do what ever I have to do. I want things to be the way they were. My last good dream is just a blur. I want it to last forever and a day. My dreams are the key they show me the way.

Jar
Today, I am here, can't see where you are. Something kept hidden, something kept inside this tiny jar. Now, I am afraid, wish for you to be strong. My heart flys away, not sure where its gone. Tonight, happiness is awaiting you. Now, I feel so helpless, nothing I can do. Inside the glass is something disturbing me. Something I could never touch, something I can never see. Wish I could come to you, let you know. All thats inside this tiny jar I can never let it go. Wish I could fix it all, so many sleepless nights I tried. This problem stabing me from the inside.If I fall, if I need it, please let me know why. Please place your heart inside this tiny jar and feel free to cry. Here I will keep you safe, if you want it to be. Please stay here with me, theres so many things i want you to see. Inside this tiny jar I feel no pain. I just have one simple thing left to gain. One thing I don't need to say. One thing I will get another day.

No Longer Darkness
With all the stars in the sky I summon the one who has the mind to overpower my soul. Many dark nights drain the heart of all that is wrong and all that is lost. The flame in your beautiful eyes burns like coal. I beg for the chance to touch you, the chance to be with you at any cost. This feeling inside, kills all the evil, destroys the darkness. The taste leaves me feeling better, no longer dieing. The touch leaves a smile upon my face and a familour happiness. I lay in peace, no longer sad and pressured, not moving, no longer trieing. I ask for this feeling to stay alive and continue growing after I die. I wish for this feeling to never go, I only speak the truth I could never lie. You are the one who has the mind to overpower my soul.

Sleep
At night I lay awake and wish for something that can never be. I lose myself and fall fast asleep. I dream of you smiling down at me. Lost and confused, everything inside feels so cheap. Dreams and nightmares fill my mind, hold all I have tightly, will never let it go. I slowly awake as the moonlight shines down on me. I open my eyes and realise thease thought you can never know. As i close my eyes I know this pain, I will never let you see. Once again I fall fast asleep.

Pillow
The night comes, I am scared again.
I look up to the starlit sky and wish for something real.
Scared of looking back to you. So afraid of the cold touch.
Looking you in the eyes. Always afraid of being alone.
Why you whisper when you speak to me.
Why you turn your head when I look to you.
Kiss me again and I'll believe forever.
Touch me once more and I'll forget the past.
Look into my eyes and I'll love you again.
You can be my drug. My selfish gift.
I don't care if I have to leave. My heart never stops, beating for you.
In hours the sun will rise and you will awake.
The truth is the only thing I never knew, never believed.
Now I sit in silence watching you sleep. Becoming immortal as the truth sinks in.
I wait for you to awake so I can tell you I love you....

In no-man's land the soldiers watch
Stinking houses burn.
The leaders play Monopoly
On the Battle-charts.
Stinking corpses fill the trenches

Distant Trees

Yield the distant trees! For they are us
Alas, I cannot see the distant trees, yet they speak to me
Looms in my heart like the fiercest of apples
The top of the glacier is mere but a tree
On the top of the glacier
Distant trees see us
Yet we see not them
For on the ice, trees remain hidden until found
When found, distant trees will melt
And become part of the glacier.

I am. It was only a joke. Don't know if it was ever shown on US-television but I would have expected you, as an Englishman, to have recognized the terrible poem by private Baldrick from the most excellent Black Adder series.

I am despair, slipping from the edge of darkness
I am righteous, the last stand against madness

Thanks. I actually submited it to an yearly peotry book across the school board. My friends thought it was really good, so I posted it here. It was a stroke of genious (if you could call it that), cause usually my peotry doesn't make too much sense, and doesn't flow well...

I like writing it though.

Pretty stupid, and not as good as my last one, but here we go...I like the last verse the best.

Spiraling downward from the gate,
Thresholds passed with no looking back,
Control in which we all lack.

Burrowing down, hiding oneself,
Feeling despair in no small wealth.
Cannot stand up, cannot back down,
A face perpetually in a frown.

A sense of peace in the black of night,
Peace in the silence without any light,
