The U.S. should have stayed out of it. We shoulda let the Brits handle the whole thing. Then, they would have sent in Brigadier General Lethbridge-Stewart and his U.N.I.T team. Doctor Who and Sarah Jane would have come along, and they surely would have found that Saddam and his men were really Autons or Yeti or Ice Warriors. A little Venusian Ju-jitsu and things would be just about resolved, except that the Brigadier would have to blow something up. | | |

| | | I for one am glad the Brits when along with the war....and do feel regret for the people they have lost in the conflict.

| | Gwally, this just goes to show the sad state of affairs in SYM. The once supposed vaulted Spammers have given up spamming, The Lurkers Inc have gone to..dare I say Lurking. The Slurrs found a bottle with no end in sight. The DF's are not in sight, most likely beating poor innocent men with whips for the enjoyment. And finally COMM, driven from the light by the previous stated groups.
If the title was changed to
Strange Thoughts About the Iraq War (COMM Please)
I would be willing to bet this thread would take off and bring the light of COMM to the whole of SYM. Might I dare say...even surpass the famed "Goody" thread.

I plan to make this her birthday gift for the next 5 years.
