Thread starter's take on a topic, whether they want a serious discussion out of it, hence the 'no spam' tag, or they want to poke fun at it, using the 'spam on topic' tag. 
Me? I can't be bothered to use either of them.

Now.. as to the question at hand, it really depends on the location and personal preference I suppose.
That being said, if the outside temperatures are warm...wet, windy and cold are not really a problem..
However, skip the convertible.. Apart from teens who lack choices, I don't see any attraction to sex in a car, convertible or otherwise.. unless you're talking a van or something (which is just tacky) it's cramped and uncomfortable.
