Shrek II - Popular culture references (spoilers)

I saw Shrek II with my kids yesterday, and I enjoyed the hell out of it! (okay, I thought Cameron Diaz needed to be more... erm... 'animated' in her voice acting) I won't talk about the plot right now, but I had a good time trying to recognize all the popular culture references in the movie. I thought we could start a list, starting with movie references. I'll annotate if necessary:

I'm sure there were many more, but these are the ones I remember after only one cup of coffee....

Great movie, we saw it last night. It's one of those films that can be appreciated on many different levels IMO

That's what I loved about the first one. Works for kids and adults, on two totaly different levels.
