Well done, Craig but this is the English educational system, is it? (I know Scottish is different). What exams were these, then? GCSEs?

I can't do maths for toffee, me....

Bloody SAT's. Hated 'em. They're English and the curse of all young kids everywhere. National imposed tests at the ages of 7, 12 and 15. I think...

Well done mate. Good scores there, lad.

Gosh, I never knew that. It's been a long time since I was at school.

So Craig - are you 7, 12 or 15?!

I got my SATs back a few days ago, I guess it's a little different here, the math and english sections are each out of 800. I got an 800 on math and 750 on english, that's extremely high and if my GPA was even somewhat decent (which it's not) I could get into pretty much any college I want.

I never took my SAT's or the Military test either. In high school I was known as a "Non Conformist". I hated standarized tests... Still do but now I know the need to conform (Money)

Wow, I didn't know SATs existed in Britain too.

Congratulations Mason, that's a very high score. I received a 1520 on mine test, same verbal score as you did, but I got only 720 on math.

1520 is still quite high, I didn't do so well on my ACTs, only a 33. @humanflyz, do you have a College you're planning on going to?

I think they were all out of 100, but I don't know my friend said he got 104, and a level 7(in the 5-7 tier)

I don't see why people are treating SATs like the bubonic plague, Nippy. The english was the hardest, but not by fare and not much. Only 2 question really made me scratch my head on the maths. Oh and I didn't revise

@James Mason:

I am planning to go the University Of California, Berkley. I don't know if you are familiar with that school or not.

Wow, I am very familiar with UC Berkely, in fact, if I could pick any school to go to that would be it. Unfortunatley, my GPA is abysmal and even with my outstanding extra cirricular and athletic acheivments it still won't be enough to get me in. I'm going to apply to UCSD (I assume you know about this school if you're planning on going to Berkeley) and it's my number one choice of school right now. The only problem is that it's very expensive and I would like to go to a school that I could get a scholarship to.

Apply anyway, they might let you in.

I have my science level now: 7!

Only my english to go.

I am 14, and in year 9 (I don't know what that equates to in american)

You take sats just before going up to the next "Key stage" years 2, 6 and 9.

Nice going, @Craig. I remember taking the SAT in the US. I think it may have been around age 14, too, but understandably, the matter is rather hazy, now. (I think they also administered it on cuneiform tablets. It's been a while.) Keep the focus, and do well on the English stuff. We're pulling for you.
