I have this strange rash on my right arm...
Any guesses?

Is it white-ish (as in dry skin) and it get red hot when you scratch it?

Try spamming heavily for a day or two and see if that helps. If not try Calamine lotion for the itch.

It's reddish, and gets even redder (word?) when I scratch...

What you have i am guessing is exema? I have no clue how to spell it. It is a heredirtary (cant spell that either) skin problem nothing more. Check if you dad or mom has it. You get a special creme for the skin rash, so dont worry just apply it and dont scratch it, it just spreads then.

I have it as well, well had it, you normally grow out of it, like i did.

Could be an alergy rash also. Eaten anything unusual lately? Don't scratch it - Calamine or similar lotion can help there - and see if it clears up in a day or two.

Thanks for the help, but I really think it is from something a lot more superficial...
Like a couple of days ago when I awoke, "Kermit" was written in the palm of my right hand.
No idea how or why...
